Intellect devourers are Tiny Aberrations that appear to be an exposed brain walking about on four taloned limbs. They are crafted by Mindflayers from the brains of thralls. As these creatures don’t have physical genitalia, it can be easily assumed that they have no interest in sex with any creature, much less those outside of their species, such as a human bard. Intellect devourers, however, have a very special ability that allows them to take the place of another creature’s brain and pilot the body like a fleshy mechsuit. Using their mansuits, intellect devourers are reported to participate in feast and orgies, indulging in activities otherwise physically impossible. Like many other smaller monsters, the Tiny intellect devourers like to use numbers when hunting prey, specifically pods of up to four.
The Underdark can be quite an intimidating place if you’re not in the right frame of mind. Fortunately, you have quite the bank of sexual experiences to keep your mind occupied. You ruminate on rubbing up against that rakshasa before focusing on how it felt with the flomorian. Anything to keep your thoughts off of what dire creatures lurk just beyond your view.
“Is that how driders do it with human?” a feminine voice invades your thoughts, obviously able to see the scene in your mind.
Make a Performance check (DC 10) to see if the PC can brain the intellect devourer.
On a success: The telepathic message gives you pause, but she sounds pretty so you mentally shrug and reply gamely. “Would you like me to show you exactly how it went?” From the darkness steps a comely half-orc wench. She is nude with pale green skin and short dark hair. “Yes. Show me.” Her voice is raspy and rough. You don’t question your good fortune of finding such as willing companion in a place like this and move towards her, your cock immediately at the ready and pressing against your trousers. Her lips are dry but yield against yours as you claim her mouth. She obviously isn’t a very experienced kisser, but she is very willing and you take the lead pulling her firmly against you. “Should I tie you up like the drider did?” she asks boldly in your head even as her hands hesitantly begin to explore your still clothed back. She is such an odd mix of inexperience and bold directness. Even as you think this, you feel her mental presence push against your mind. Wait, not hers. Theirs!
Initiate combat with the other 3 Intellect Devourers of the pod acting in a surprise round.
On a fail: The telepathic message gives you pause. You’ve never had much luck with any creature that could read your true thoughts. You harden your mental walls against the voice, even as a humanoid woman walks stiffly from the shadows, obviously awkwardly controlled by another. Initiate combat with the pod of Intellect Devourers (1d4 creatures with one already in a host body).
