Crawling claws are animated hands powered by a necromantic ritual. In 5e, they are reported to be the hands of murderers, living or dead (source 1). In Pathfinder, they are animated by necromancers but do not have to belong to murders. They can also be an animated prosthetic (source 2). They have very minimal intelligence but can understand Common and follow commands given to them by their creators.
You reach out and attempt to pick up the skittering undead hand.
Make an opposed Athletics check versus the Crawling Claw’s Acrobatics (or CMB grapple attempt).
If the Crawling Claw is picked up: The undead hand wriggles in your grasp, the remainder of its skin soft and boggy as if what little flesh remains on the bones has turned to jelly. The bones are strong though and the fingers push against your hold with unnatural strength. The kind of strength that would give a hell of a handjob. You loosen your pants and, gripping the back of the hand firmly, you bring the palm towards your dick. It grasps your firm flesh gently and then harder and harder until it becomes painful. You lose your grip on the hand but it clings to you as it starts to twist.
PC takes 1d4 Bludgeoning Damage and is now grappled by the Clawing Claw. Additionally, due to the pain/Strangle Effect, the PC cannot speak until freed from the grapple.
If the Crawling Claw avoids being picked up: The undead hand deftly avoids your attempts to pick it up and slashes out at you with its nails.
PC takes 1d4 Slashing Damage and combat is initiated.
