DnD Sex Edition

A response to any player who has said "I roll to seduce the monster! Nat 20!!"

Nat 20 to Seduce a… Dryad!

Dryads are lesser fey creatures bound to trees so their mating is based loosely on the mating of flowering trees. Most flowering trees have male and female reproductive anatomy so the rolls are slanted towards hermaphroditic.

Roll a d4 to determine if the dryad is female (1), male (2), or hermaphroditic (3 or 4).

The dryad’s face turns a darker shade of green. She’s (he’s, they’re) blushing. “Normally, the birds and the bees help me, but if you really want to…”  A clean scent of tree sap and springtime envelopes you and she (he, they) gives you an innocent kiss.

If female: the dryad leans back against her tree, parting her legs. A beautiful five-petaled flower is revealed, awaiting pollination. “Here. Place the pollen here.”

Nature check (DC 5) to determine if the player can identify an appropriate tree pollen. On a fail, PC’s performance check DC increases by 5.

Performance check to determine if the player has an appropriate tree pollen in his pack (DC 5).

On a success: You recognize this flower as similar to one you picked up recently in your travels. You pull it out of your bag and gently tap the stamen onto the end of your finger, dislodging the needed pollen. It is slightly sticky and stains your fingertip. Gently, you place the pollen into the center of the flower and the dryad hums her approval before she takes a step back.

The dryad is now willing to assist the party anyway she can without additional checks.

On a fail: the dryad vanishes into their tree and will no longer respond to any of your calls

The dryad is no longer willing to speak further with the party.

If male: the dryad leans back against his tree, revealing an elongated stamen. “Take whatever pollen you need.”

Survival check (DC 5) to determine if the player knows how to remove pollen. On a fail, PC’s performance check DC increases by 5.

On a success: You reach out and gently tap the stamen onto the end of your finger, dislodging the needed pollen. It is slightly sticky and stains your fingertip. You find a small pouch and deposit into it for safe travels until you can gift it to another dryad. The dryad sighs softly as he steps back towards his tree.

Roll a performance check to determine if the player can gently remove the pollen and place an appropriate pollen (DC 10).

On a success: You manage to pull out an appropriately matched flower from your bag and tap the stamen onto the end of your finger, dislodging the needed pollen. It is slightly sticky and stains your fingertip. Gently, you place the pollen into the center of the flower before moving to tap some of the dryad’s pollen into a small pouch. You tuck the pouch into your bag for safe travels until you can gift it to another dryad. The dryad hums their approval before stepping back towards their tree.
