DnD Sex Edition

A response to any player who has said "I roll to seduce the monster! Nat 20!!"

Nat 20 to Seduce a…Chimera

The chimera are hybrids of a lion, goat, and dragon. They are recorded as exhibiting protandry (male-to-female sex change) hermaphroditism where the lead male will become female if needed (source). This would imply that the largest male becomes the largest female for a pride (herd? flight?) of chimeras. They lay eggs which harden to have stony shells (source).

If the chimera is not otherwise described, roll a d3 to determine if the chimera is female and mated (1), male and unmated (2), or male and mated (3)

If the chimera is mated: A mated chimera, female or male, will not have sex with an outsider. Roll a d4 to determine how many chimeras are in the pack in addition to the one the PC attempted to seduce.

Additional chimeras swoop in, jealous and territorial. The males protectively surround their female. Each of them fans their wings out in a threat display.

If the chimera is male and unmated: The lion head looks intrigued in your seduction, but the dragon head and the goat head show signs of puzzlement.

Make a DC 10 Performance Check.

On a success: The dragon head looks intrigued in your seduction, but the goat head and the lion head show signs of puzzlement.

Make a DC 10 Performance Check

On a success: The goat head looks intrigued in your seduction, but the lion head and the dragon head show signs of puzzlement.

Make a DC 10 Performance Check.

On a success: **restart with the lion’s head being intrigued and continue trolling your player until they give up or fail the performance check**

If a player gives up before failing a performance check: The chimera becomes increasingly confused and wanders off. He doesn’t want to eat you but he can’t agree to sleeping with you either.  The PC and their allies are able to avoid the chimera encounter.

On a fail: the chimera attacks in a surprise round.
